Introducing Startmonkey, the world's smallest portable jump starter system for car batteries – designed to give you peace of mind.

Startmonkey is packed with high-tech features and, thanks to its Dynamic Polymer Battery, a fully charged Startmonkey can restart a standard 12v car battery up to 10 times.

Startmonkey is easy to use. Simply connect Startmonkey to the terminals of your car battery (red to red, black to black), leave for a few seconds and then start your car. Once your car starts, Startmonkey will automatically switch off, and it can be stored in the case provided.

Startmonkey has an input socket that allows you to recharge via the supplied in-car charger. It can also be recharged via the Powertraveller Solargorilla solar charger, or the universal wall charger from the Powergorilla.

Startmonkey has 2 output channels:

1.       A 12v, 120Amp car jump start, 

2.       A 12v, DC output for charging your portable gadgets, including laptops, Netbooks, GPSs and mobile phones.

 Startmonkey features a 4-segment LED array. When fully charged, all 4 segments of the array will be GREEN. When it is 3/4 charged, 3 segments will be GREEN and so forth. When the Startmonkey only has a 1/4 charge left, the LED array turns RED.

Startmonkey is intended for use with 12v vehicle engine batteries e.g. cars, bikes, boats, lawnmowers, etc. When connected Startmonkey interrogates the battery and confirms that the range is between 8 - 14v before automatically switching on. If connected to a 6V or 24V battery, Startmonkey will not activate.
